Terms of Service

By booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking with Club Green.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings require a deposit to secure your date. Deposit amounts are specified in your quote or invoice.
• Final payment is due 7 days before your event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
• Equipment bonds (where applicable) are refundable and will be returned within 7 days after equipment is collected and inspected.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is:

• More than 30 days before event: Full refund of deposit
• 15-30 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
• Less than 15 days before event: No refund
• Rescheduling: Free if done more than 14 days in advance, subject to availability

3. Weather Policy

• Our equipment is designed for outdoor use but cannot be used in heavy rain or extreme weather conditions.
• If severe weather occurs on your event day, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
• Indoor setups are available subject to space requirements and may incur additional fees.
• The decision on whether weather conditions are suitable for setup is at Club Green's discretion for safety reasons.

4. Venue Requirements

• You are responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable for our mini-golf setup.
• The setup area must be relatively flat and have adequate space for the equipment.
• Access for our vehicle and equipment must be provided at agreed setup times.
• For venues beyond our standard service area (50km from Brisbane/Gold Coast CBD), additional travel fees may apply.

5. Equipment Care & Liability

• You are responsible for supervising guests using our equipment during the event.
• Any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear may result in deduction from the equipment bond.
• Club Green carries $10 million public liability insurance for covered events.
• You are responsible for the safety and supervision of all participants at your event.
• Equipment must not be moved or modified without permission from Club Green staff.

6. Service Delivery

• We will arrive at the agreed setup time to install equipment before your event.
• Setup typically takes 30-60 minutes depending on the package size.
• For self-facilitated events, you are responsible for managing gameplay.
• For staffed events, our team member will manage gameplay and supervision for the agreed duration.
• Pack-down occurs at the agreed collection time after your event concludes.

7. Branding & Media

• Unless white-label branding is purchased, our equipment displays Club Green branding.
• We may take photos at your event for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.
• You are welcome to photograph and share your event on social media - we love being tagged!

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions:

• Club Green is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, vehicle breakdown, etc.).
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
• We strongly recommend event organizers have their own public liability insurance.

9. Changes to Service

• We reserve the right to substitute equipment of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Any significant changes to packages or pricing will be communicated in advance.
• These terms may be updated from time to time - the latest version is always available on our website.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our service, please contact us first at hello@clubgreen.com.au. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
